Bea Phannaphomxay

I am the EXCELL Facilitator/ Customer Relations Manager here at Honda West and I love what I do! I’ve been with the Honda West family since January 2006, so I am the new kid on the block. I really enjoy working with the Honda West Family because of the family oriented atmosphere; it makes me feel right at home. I am also a full-time student at Indiana University school of Informatics while trying to juggle a full time job and making Indianapolis my second home.

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and I work to ensure that our Service and Sales Departments are at the top of their job performance in serving our customer’s needs.

The EXCELL Program was designed so Honda customers can voice their opinions and concerns after a sale or service visit. I measure our customer’s service performance through EXCELL by taking what I find from Honda Customer Survey’s and build from it. If I find there is a concern I will work to research the problem and find a solution that will meet or exceed the customer’s needs.
